Dear Parents/Guardians

Welcome back to Mrs Di Peter after her operation at the end of last year.  We are so glad to have you back with us and we hope you go from strength to strength.

Thank you to the parents for joining me on the front lawn on Tuesday 16 January.  It was lovely to meet you and discuss matters in an informal manner.

Thank you to Mrs Yolanda Hartnack for the kind donation of the lovely plants.

Bullying is the use of force, threat or coercion to abuse, intimidate, isolate or aggressively dominate others.  The behaviour is often repeated and habitual.  The school does not condone this behaviour and culprits will be punished.

If there is evidence of this behaviour, please notify the class teacher immediately, who in turn will notify me.

Please remember that no meat products are allowed on the school premises.  This includes meat flavoured crisps and spreads.  We do allow children to share their break.  However, if your child does have problems with their diet or suffers from allergies please instil in them what they can and cannot eat.

Thank you to all the parents for filling out these forms.  Please remember that if your child is highly allergic to bees and uses an epi-pen then the school needs written authorisation to administer this.  We are in the process of standardising our student information forms.  Please bear with us.

Some of the new communication lines have been implemented.  However, the school line is to send messages only.   Please do not respond on the group chats.

General emails do not need a reply, only specific ones which request a reply or complete a tear-off slip should be answered.

There is a free trial this week for all interested pupils.  Seniors on Monday and Wednesday from 1.15 pm – 2.15 pm and Juniors on Tuesday from 1.15 pm – 2.15 pm.

This is a wonderful sport to participate in and encourages timing, stamina and co-operation.  We are hoping to compete against other schools.

A key charm was found on the field.  Please see the office if you have lost one.

Here’s wishing you and your children a very happy term.

Yours sincerely

Mrs S P Ellis
